Water and Sewer Rates

(Effective February 1, 2025)

WADC establishes rate structure based on extensive cost-of-service studies.

Water 

• Tier 1 — First 500,000 gallons
  • Customer charge of $6.50 for water service based on the Authority’s fixed costs, and
  • $10.50 per thousand gallons water used.
• Tier 2 — Usage from 501,000 up to 2,000,000 gallons
  • $9.75 per thousand gallons water used.
• Tier 3 — Usage exceeding 2,000,000 gallons
  • $8.25 per thousand gallons water used.

Sewer

• Customer charge of $6.50 for sewer service based on the Authority’s fixed costs, and
• $11.75 per thousand gallons for sewer discharged. (Sewer usage is derived from metered water usage.)
