Failure to receive a bill does not relieve your obligation to pay by the due date.
Reconnect Service
During Business Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pm.
Contact Customer Service at (615) 441-4188 to process payment over the phone.
A debit/credit card or checking account information will be required. Past due balance and disconnect fee will be collected at that time.
Please make sure all faucets are turned off. Service Technicians will not leave water on if the meter doesn’t stop turning for fear of flooding the property.
After Business Hours:
Call Emergency / After Hours Service at (615) 441-9511.
Stop Service
Visit our office or fax your signed request to (615) 441-9987.
Signed authorization must include requested termination date as well as forwarding address for final bill.
